摘要
为了对江苏泰州地区食源性人兽共患病原菌的流行现状进行监测,2018年3月—2019年2月采集人源、动物源、食品源样本共1343份,进行沙门菌、弯曲菌、单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的分离鉴定。结果显示,人源腹泻患者的粪便样本中沙门菌阳性率为1.56%,空肠弯曲菌阳性率为3.89%,结肠弯曲菌阳性率为0.78%;羊群肛拭样本中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌阳性率为1.16%;鸡群肛拭样本中沙门菌阳性率为4.21%,空肠弯曲菌阳性率为13.33%,结肠弯曲菌阳性率为0.70%;食品源样本沙门菌阳性率为2.98%,空肠弯曲菌阳性率为1.59%,结肠弯曲菌阳性率为0.60%,单核细胞增生性李斯特菌阳性率为3.98%。不同类型样本的监测结果表明,沙门菌、弯曲菌和单核细胞增生性李斯特菌在自然界中广泛存在,人群、动物群和食品中均存在一定程度的感染或污染。本试验为食源性人兽共患细菌病的风险评估和预警提供了一定的数据支持。
In order to monitor the prevalence of foodborne zoonotic pathogens in Taizhou,1343 samples of human,animal and food sources were collected from March 2018 to February 2019 for isolation and identification of Salmonella,Campylobacter and Listeria monocytogenes.The results showed that the positive rates of Salmonella,Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli were 1.56%,3.89%and 0.78%in fecal samples of human diarrhea patients,respectively.The positive rate of Listeria monocytogenes was 1.16%in anal swab samples of sheep.The positive rates of Salmonella,Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli were 4.21%,13.33%and 0.70%in anal swab samplesof chickens,respectively.The positive rates of Salmonella,Campylobacter jejuni,Campylobacter coli and Listeria monocytogenes were 2.98%,1.59%,0.60%and 3.98%in food source samples,respectively.Surveillance results of different types of samples showed that Salmonella,Campylobacter and Listeria monocytogenes were widespread in nature,and there was a certain degree of infection or contamination in people,fauna and food.This study provides some data support for riskassessment and early warning of foodborne zoonotic bacterial diseases.
