低剂量利伐沙班治疗症状性下肢孤立性肌间静脉血栓的效果

Effect of low-dose rivaroxaban in the treatment of symptomatic isolated calf muscle vein thrombosis

目的研究低剂量利伐沙班治疗症状性下肢孤立性肌间静脉血栓的效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月在我科住院治疗的62例症状性下肢孤立性肌间静脉血栓患者,随机将其分为观察组(n=29)及对照组(n=33)。观察组服用利伐沙班15 mg/次,1次/d;对照组服用利伐沙班20 mg/次,1次/d,两组均服用30 d。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,两组的血管完全再通、部分再通情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,无复发病例;治疗6个月后,两组的D-二聚体水平阳性患者占比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低剂量利伐沙班在症状性孤立性下肢肌间静脉血栓治疗中可以达到与推荐剂量一样的近期效果。

Objective To study the effect of low-dose rivaroxaban in the treatment of symptomatic isolated calf muscle vein thrombosis.Methods A total of 62 patients with symptomatic isolated calf muscle vein thrombosis hospitalized in our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=29)and control group(n=33).The observation group was given rivaroxaban 15 mg once a day,the control group was given rivaroxaban 20 mg once a day,and both groups were given rivaroxaban for 30 d.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results After 1 month of treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in complete and partial recanalization(P>0.05).No recurrence case was found after 3 months of treatment;after 6 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the proportion of D-dimer positive patients between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose rivaroxaban can achieve the same short-term effect as the recommended dose in the treatment of symptomatic isolated calf muscle vein thrombosis.
