MIPPO术对胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者骨折愈合与关节功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术(MIPPO术)对胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者骨折愈合与关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月收治的84例胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者,依照治疗方法将其分为对照组(42例,常规切开复位内固定术)和研究组(42例,MIPPO术)。比较两组的手术相关指标、膝关节功能恢复情况及康复效果。结果研究组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及功能恢复时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组KSS各维度评分均升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的康复总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MIPPO术用于胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的效果理想,可促进骨折愈合,缩短关节功能恢复时间。 Objective To investigate the effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis operation(MIPPO operation) on fracture healing and joint function recovery in patients with comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods A total of 84 patients with comminuted fracture of tibial plateau admitted from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group(42 cases, conventional open reduction and internal fixation) and study group(42 cases, MIPPO operation) according to the treatment method. The operation related indexes, knee joint function recovery and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, fracture healing time and functional recovery time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the KSS scores in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion MIPPO operation has ideal effect for comminuted fractures of the tibial plateau, which can promote fracture healing and shorten the recovery time of joint function.
