KARL-3D迭代重建及MAC重建技术在CT检查中去金属植入物伪影的临床应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨KARL-3D迭代重建及去金属伪影(MAC)重建技术在CT检查中去金属植入物伪影的临床应用价值。方法收集105例体内有金属植入物患者的CT扫描数据,对扫描图像进行FBP常规重建、KARL-3D迭代重建及MAC重建。以金属伪影影响最严重的区域作为感兴趣区(ROI),比较三组ROI的CT值、噪声值(SD)、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)和主观评分。结果三组图像的CT值、SD、SNR、CNR和主观评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中SD值(SD1与SD2)的排序为FBP组>KARL-3D迭代组>MAC组;余三项指标(SNR1,SNR2和CNR)排序均为FBP组<KARL-3D迭代组<MAC组;主观图像质量评分排序为FBP组<KARL-3D迭代组<MAC组。结论KARL-3D迭代重建技术及MAC重建技术均可有效减少金属伪影,MAC所测得的CT值更接近于该组织的实际CT值,可以更真实地反映组织的实际状态。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of KARL-3D iterative reconstruction and metal artifacts correction(MAC)reconstruction technology in CT examination to remove metal implant artifacts.Methods The CT scanning datas of 105 patients who had metal implants were collected.The scanned images were performed FBP conventional reconstruction,KARL-3D iterative reconstruction and MAC reconstruction.The area most affected by metal artifacts was taken as the region of interest(ROI).CT value,noise value(SD),signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast to noise ratio(CNR)and subjective score of ROI were compared among the three groups.Results There were significant differences in CT value,SD,SNR,CNR and subjective score among the three groups(P<0.05).The order of SD value(SD1 and SD2)was the FBP group>the KARL-3D iterative group>the MAC group;and the order of the other three indexes(SNR1,SNR2 and CNR)was the FBP group<the KARL-3D iterative group<the MAC group;the order of subjective image quality score was the FBP group<the KARL-3D iterative group<the MAC group.Conclusion KARL-3D iterative reconstruction technology and MAC reconstruction technology can remove metal artifacts effectively.The CT value measured by MAC is closer to the actual CT value of tissue,so it can reflect the actual state of tissue more truly.
