摘要
目的分析宽体探测器结合大螺距技术在优化胸部扫描中的价值。方法收集在我院行胸部CT平扫的60例患者的临床资料并随机分成A、B组,各30例。A组扫描时嘱患者憋气,探测器宽度为40 mm,螺距为0.516∶1;B组扫描时嘱患者自由呼吸,探测器宽度为80 mm,螺距为0.992∶1。比较两组的曝光时间、辐射剂量、图像质量。结果两组的主动脉根部CT值、SD值、SNR及竖脊肌、皮下脂肪的CT值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组CTDIvol、DLP、ED及曝光时间均优于A组(P<0.05)。两组肺窗、纵隔窗图像质量主观评分一致性中等或较好。结论宽体探测器结合大螺距在自由呼吸状态下胸部扫描既可以缩短曝光时间,又可以降低辐射剂量,并且完全不影响临床诊断结果。
Objective To analyze the value of wide body detector combined with large pitch technology in optimizing chest scanning.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with chest CT scan in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the group A were asked to hold their breath during scanning,the width of the detector was 40 mm and the pitch was 0.516∶1;while patients in the group B were asked to breathe freely during scanning,the width of the detector was 80 mm and the pitch was 0.992∶1.The exposure time,radiation dose and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in CT value,SD value,SNR of aortic root,CT value of erector spinalis muscle and subcutaneous fat between the two groups(P>0.05).The CTDIvol,DLP,ED and exposure time in the group B were better than those in the group A(P<0.05).The consistency of subjective scores of lung window and mediastinal window image quality between the two groups were moderate or good.Conclusion Wide body detector combined with large pitch chest scan in free breathing state can not only shorten the exposure time,but also reduce the radiation dose,and does not affect the clinical diagnosis results.
