针刺内关穴联合益心解毒汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的效果及机制

Effect and mechanism of acupuncture at Neiguan point combined with Yixin Jiedu decoction on viral myocarditis in children

目的观察针刺内关穴联合益心解毒汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的效果。方法将120例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益心解毒汤合并针灸治疗。评估两组临床疗效、血清心肌酶谱、炎性因子及外周血T细胞亚群水平和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清心肌酶谱、IL-6、IL-8水平均显著下降,IL-35、CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+明显升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺内关穴联合益心解毒汤治疗病毒性心肌炎效果显著,能改善患儿血清心肌酶谱、炎性因子水平和免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Neiguan point combined with Yixin Jiedu decoction on viral myocarditis in children.Methods A total of 120 children with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yixin Jiedu decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum myocardial enzymes spectrum,inflammatory factors,peripheral blood T cell subsets and adverse reactions were evaluated between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum myocardial enzymes spectrum,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups significantly decreased,and the levels of IL-35,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+significantly increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Neiguan point combined with Yixin Jiedu decoction on viral myocarditis has a significant effect,which can improve serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,inflammatory factor levels and immune function of children.
