程序护理在脊柱骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of procedural nursing on patients with spinal fracture

目的探讨程序护理在脊柱骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选择120例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,以单双号随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用程序护理。比较两组护理前、后的SF-36评分、VAS评分及肌力恢复时间、消肿时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的SF-36评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肌力恢复时间、消肿时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组人文关怀、病房安全、服务态度、护理质量的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论程序护理用于脊柱骨折患者中效果显著,可降低并发症,缓解疼痛感,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of procedural nursing on patients with spinal fracture.Methods A total of 120 patients with spinal fracture were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random grouping of single and even numbers,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given procedural nursing.The SF-36 score,VAS score before and after nursing,muscle strength recovery time,detumescence time,hospitalization time,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of muscle strength,detumescence time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of humanistic care,ward safety,service attitude and nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Procedural nursing applied in patients with spinal fracture has a significant effect,which can reduce complications,relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
