快速康复护理对四肢骨折患者患肢功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on affected limb function and quality of life in patients with limb fracture

目的探讨快速康复护理对四肢骨折患者患肢功能及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的120例四肢骨折患者随机分为对照组(60例,常规护理)和观察组(60例,快速康复护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患肢恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后5 d,观察组患肢肿胀情况及疼痛程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组Neer、FIM、SAS、SDS及SF-36评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理可有效促进四肢骨折患者患肢恢复,缓解肿胀及疼痛,改善患肢功能及心理状态,提高生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on affected limb function and quality of life in patients with limb fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases, routine nursing) and observation group(60 cases, rapid rehabilitation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of affected limb recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). At 5 d after operation, the swelling and pain degree of the affected limb in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, Neer, FIM,SAS, SDS and SF-36 scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of the affected limb of patients with limb fractures, relieve swelling and pain, improve the function of the affected limb and psychological state, and the ability to live.
