细节护理在老年无痛胃镜检查术后患者麻醉苏醒中的应用

Application of detailed nursing in the anesthesia recovery after painless gastroscopy in the elderly patients

目的评价细节护理在老年无痛胃镜检查术后患者麻醉苏醒中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年5月在我院胃镜室接受无痛胃镜检查的126例老年患者为研究对象,将实施细节护理前(2017年6月至2018年1月)的63例设为对照组,实施细节护理后(2018年2月至5月)的63例设为观察组。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予苏醒期细节护理。分析两组苏醒期躁动、寒战发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组躁动总发生率为3.17%,明显低于对照组的15.87%(P<0.05)。观察组寒战总发生率为1.59%,明显低于对照组的11.11%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.41%,明显高于对照组的87.30%(P<0.05)。结论细节护理可减少老年无痛胃镜检查术后患者麻醉复苏期躁动和寒战的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of detailed nursing in anesthesia recovery after painless gastroscopy in the elderly patients.Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,126 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in gastroscopy room of our hospital were selected as study objects,63 cases before the implementation of detailed nursing(June 2017 to January 2018)were set as control group,and 63 cases after the implementation of detailed nursing(February to May 2018)were set as observation group.The patients in both groups were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing in the recovery period on this basis.The incidences of restlessness and shivering in the recovery period,nursing satisfaction of the two group were analyzed.Results The total incidence of restlessness in the observation group was 3.17%,which was significantly lower than 15.87%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of shivering in the observation group was 1.59%,which was significantly lower than 11.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.41%,which was significantly higher than 87.30%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can reduce the occurrence of restlessness and shivering in anesthesia recovery period after painless gastroscopy in the elderly patients,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
