偏离与重塑:当代中国财富观构建路向的思考——基于马克思财富观的视角

Deviation and Reconstruction:Discussion on the Way of Constructing Wealth View in Contemporary China——Based on the Angle of Maxism View of Wealth

改革开放40多年来,中国创造了举世瞩目的社会财富增长奇迹,同时人们的财富观也发生了极大转变及某种程度上的偏离。鉴于财富观之于经济社会发展的重要性,对于正处于全面深化改革进程中的中国,有必要基于马克思财富观的视角,厘清财富内涵、生成和分配方面问题的“理论原点”。当下中国社会财富内涵单纯是“物的积累”,生产过分依靠“资本的催动”、分配倾向以“效率”为主导,偏离“时代叙事”。洞察当下社会财富发展的内在机理,当代中国社会财富的内涵应是“满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要”,应坚持依靠“人民群众的劳动”,分配应倾向以“公平”为基准的“历史趋向”。

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has created a remarkable miracle in the growth of social wealth.At the same time,people′s view on wealth has also undergone great changes and deviations to some extent.In view of the importance of wealth concept to economic and social development,it is necessary for China,which is in the process of comprehensively deepening the reform,to clarify the"theoretical origin"of wealth connotation,generation and distribution from the perspective of Marx′s wealth concept.At present,the connotation of social wealth in China is simply"accumulation of things".The generation of wealth is excessively dependent on the"impetus of capital",and the distribution tendency is dominated by"efficiency",deviating from the"narrative of the Times".With an insight into the internal mechanism of the current development of social wealth,the connotation of social wealth in contemporary China should be"to meet the growing needs of the people for a better life",should insist on relying on"the labor of the people",and distribution should be inclined to the"historical trend"based on"fairness".
