产教融合背景下高职学生就业能力提升路径分析

Analysis on the Path to Improve the Employability of Higher Vocational Students under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

职业院校在人才培养中采用产教融合的教学方法,是创新教学模式、培养高素质复合型人才的重要手段。现实中,产教融合在提升高职院校学生的就业能力以及毕业生接收比例上未能实现预期效果,结构性问题依旧突出。本文以高职学生的就业能力为切入点,深入分析产教融合模式下高职院校学生的就业能力现状以及问题,提出优化路径,为提升高职院校毕业生在社会中的就业能力提供参考。

To adopt the teaching method of integration of industry and education in talent training in higher vocational colleges is an important means to innovate the teaching mode and cultivate high-quality compound talents.In reality,the integration of industry and education has failed to achieve the expected effect in improving the employability and employment rate of graduates in higher vocational colleges.The structural problems are still prominent.Taking the employability of higher vocational college students as the entry point,this paper deeply analyzes the status quo and problems of the employability of higher vocational college students under the industry-education integration mode,and puts forward the optimization path,providing reference for improving the employability of higher vocational college graduates in the society.
