摘要
预测与健康管理(PHM)技术在飞行器中的应用对于提高飞行器可靠性、保障飞行安全、降低维修保障费用都具有重要意义。本文开展了飞控系统区域级PHM系统的研究工作,并给出了飞行器平台级PHM系统的整体结构;然后对PHM系统中的故障诊断和剩余寿命预测技术进行了介绍。最后,以飞控系统中的关键部件副翼作动器为例,建立了成员级PHM系统,概述了系统故障诊断方法和剩余寿命预测方法。经过副翼作动器运行数据和寿命数据的验证,表明这两种方法都具有很好的效果。
The application of prognostics and health management(PHM)technology in aircraft is of great significance to improve reliability,ensure flight safety,and reduce maintenance costs.Firstly,research on the regional PHM system of flight control system is carried out and the overall structure of the aircraft PHM system is given.Then,the fault diagnosis technology and remaining useful life prediction technology in the PHM system are introduced.Finally,a member-level PHM subsystem is established for the aileron actuator,which is a key component of the flight control system,and the core contents of the PHM subsystem,including the fault diagnosis method and the remaining useful life prediction method,are summarized.Through the verification of aileron actuator operating data and life data,the results show that both methods have good results.
