摘要
混合能够强化物质的传质、传热过程,液体因为良好的流动性成为最常用的混合介质,与液体相关的气-液、液-固、液-液等液相非均相混合过程因而得到了广泛的关注,成为混合技术研究的主要方向之一。结合技术文献资料,列举了常见混合设备的结构特点和应用场合,结构参数、流体物性等参数对混合传质的影响,试验和数值模拟研究的概况,综述了气-液、液-固、液-液混合技术研究的对象、目标、方式、方法、技术手段以及取得的阶段性研究成果。
Mixing can enhance the mass transfer and heat transfer process of materials.Liquid becomes the most commonly used mixing medium because of its good fluidity.The heterogeneous gas-liquid,liquid-solid,liquid-liquid and other heterogeneous mixing processes related to liquid have been widely concerned and become one of the main research directions of mixing technology.Combined with the technical literature,the structural characteristics and application occasions of common mixing equipment,the influence of structural parameters and fluid physical properties on mixing mass transfer,and the general situation of experimental and numerical simulation research were listed.The research object,target,method,technical means and phased research results of gas-liquid,liquid-solid and liquid-liquid mixing technology were summarized.
