摘要
为建立滇金银花中绿原酸含量的测定方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定滇金银花中绿原酸的含量.以V(乙腈)∶V(0.4%磷酸溶液)=10∶90为流动相,检测波长为327 nm.结果显示,绿原酸在0~100.44μg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.053 8μg/mL,定量限为0.182μg/mL,加标回收率为101.1%,RSD为0.3%.表明所用方法测定滇金银花中绿原酸的含量操作简单、稳定、准确.
To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Flora Lonicerae bournei, RP-HPLC is used with liquid phase as Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(10∶90), and 327 nm detection wavelength. The results show that the chlorogenic acid in 0~100.44 μg/mL has good linear relationship within the scope;the detection limit is 0.053 8 μg/mL, and the quantitative limit is 0.182 μg/mL;the standard addition recovery rate of chlorogenic acid is 101.1% and RSD is 0.3%. So the content determination method of chlorogenic acid is simple, convenient, stable and accurate.
