文章基于2016年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,采用因子分析方法构建了农民工城市就业质量综合指数,评价了新生代农民工群体就业质量,研究了就业质量对其城市迁移意愿的影响。整体来看,新生代农民工就业质量优于老生代农民工,且不同规模城市新生代农民工就业质量存在明显差异。新生代农民工城市长期居留意愿较高,落户意愿较弱,超大特大城市新生代农民工落户意愿远强于大中城市和小城市。就业质量对新生代农民工城市迁移意愿具有显著正向影响,且落户意愿的影响效果大于对其居留意愿的影响。各就业因子中,对新生代农民工居留意愿影响程度最大的是就业保护因子,对新生代农民工落户意愿影响程度最大的因子是宏观就业环境。

Based on the survey data of China’s floating population dynamics monitoring survey in 2016,the article uses factor analysis to construct a comprehensive index of urban employment quality of migrant workers,evaluates the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,and studies the impact of employment quality on their urban migration willingness.The study points out that overall,the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is better than that of the old generation,and there are obvious differences in the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers in cities of different sizes.The new generation of migrant workers have a higher long-term willingness to stay in cities,and their willingness to settle down is relatively weak.The new generation of migrant workers in super-large cities have much stronger willingness to settle down than large,medium and small cities.The quality of employment has a significant positive impact on the new generation of migrant workers’willingness to migrate to cities,and the impact of the willingness to settle down is greater than the impact on their willingness to stay.Among the employment factors,the employment protection factor has the greatest impact on the new generation of migrant workers’willingness to settle,and the factor that has the greatest impact on the new generation of migrant workers’willingness to settle is the macro employment environment.
