摘要
通过高剪切均质乳化机分散与超声分散相结合的方法制备了氨基石墨烯(AG)改性环氧树脂(EP),研究了AG对EP的固化行为影响,发现其不影响EP的固化行为,采用非等温DSC(差示扫描量热法)研究了AG/EP体系的固化行为,制定树脂的固化制度为:90℃/2h+115℃/2h+130℃/2h+150℃/4h。与纯EP相比,AG/EP体系拉伸强度提高7.38%,拉伸模量提高3.63%,断裂延伸率提高21.42%,弯曲模量提高6.23%,冲击强度提高158.53%,热稳定性变好。
Aminographene(AG)was dispersed in epoxy(EP)by high shear homogeneous emulsifier and ultrasonic cleaner.The influence of AG on the curing behavior of EP was analised by Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC).The results incated that the curing behavior of EP was not affected by AG,and at the same time,the curing system of AG/EP was established by the study of DSC.Compared with EP,AG/EP has better thermal stability and mechanical properties as:the tensile strength,tensile modulus,fracture elongation、bending modulus and impact strength increased by 7.38%,3.63%,21.42%,6.23%and 158.53%respectively.
