航天产品质量特性参数一体化测量系统设计

摘要 针对航天产品研制过程中质量特性参数测量存在的工位分散布局、测量精度差、人工作业强度大等问题,结合科研生产实际需求,提出了集成质量、质心、质偏、三轴转动惯量测量功能的航天产品质量特性参数一体化测量系统方案,研制了质量特性参数一体化测量平台,并开展了测量系统的校准和产品工艺试验,大大提升了测量效率和测量质量。 In view of the problems in the measurement of quality characteristic parameters in the process of aerospace product development, such as the scattered layout of work stations, poor measurement accuracy and high manual work intensity, and combined with the actual needs of scientific research and production, an integrated measurement system scheme of aerospace product quality characteristic parameters integrating the measurement functions of quality, mass center, mass deviation and three-axis moment of inertia is proposed. The integration measurement platform of quality characteristic parameters is developed, and the calibration of the measurement system and product process test are carried out, thus improved the measurement efficiency and measurement quality.
