CUEDC2在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床指标的相关性分析

Expression of CUEDC2 in serous ovarian carcinoma and correlation with clinical characters

目的观察CUE结构域蛋白2(CUEDC2)在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达,并分析其与相关临床指标的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测75例浆液性卵巢癌组织及20例未发生转移的输卵管伞端组织中CUEDC2蛋白的表达情况,并分析CUEDC2阳性表达与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的相关性。结果75例浆液性卵巢癌患者中,FIGO分期:Ⅰ期患者的CUEDC2评分为1.35±0.60,Ⅱ期为1.54±0.57,Ⅲ期为1.78±0.71,Ⅳ期为2.13±0.27,各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P=0.04),CUEDC2评分随FIGO分期的增加而升高,即CUEDC2的表达量逐级递增。早期患者的CUEDC2评分明显低于晚期患者(P=0.04)。按病理分级统计,低、中、高分化3组间评分差异无统计学意义。CUEDC2表达与卵巢癌患者的年龄、病理分级、有无淋巴结转移无关,与手术分期有关(P=0.014)。CUEDC2的表达与ER、PR的表达均无相关性(r=–0.0785、r=0.0111)。CUEDC2阳性患者的中位无病生存期(DFS)为32.6个月,中位总生存期(OS)为54.3个月,而阴性患者的中位DFS为51.9个月,中位OS为63.5个月,CUEDC2阳性组及阴性组的OS无明显差异(P>0.05),而CUEDC2阳性组的DFS短于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论CUEDC2在浆液性卵巢癌组织中呈高表达,且与患者的肿瘤分期、无病生存期相关,与ER、PR表达无相关性。

Objective To observe the expression of CUE domain protein 2(CUEDC2)in serous ovarian carcinoma,analyze the correlation with the clinical characters.Methods The expressions of CUEDC2 in 75 ovarian serous carcinoma tissues and 20 fimbria tissues of fallopian tube were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the correlation was analyzed between positive expression of CUEDC2 and the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR).Results The expression of CUEDC2 in 75 patients with serous ovarian cancer,the grade of stageⅠwas 1.35±0.60,stageⅡwas 1.54±0.57,and stageⅢwas 1.78±0.71,stageⅣwas 2.13±0.27,and significant differences existed between each two groups(P=0.04).The score of CUEDC2 increased with FIGO stage,that is,the expression of CUEDC2 increased gradually.The score of CUEDC2 was significantly lower in the early stage of serous ovarian carcinoma than that in the late stage(P=0.04).According to the pathological grade,no significant difference existed among the low,middle and high differentiation groups.The positive expression rate of CUEDC2 was not related to patients'age,pathological grade and whether lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer,but was related to surgical staging(P=0.014).No relationship existed between the expression of CUEDC2 and the expressions of ER and PR(r=–0.0785,r=0.0111).The median disease-free survival(DFS)of the patients with positive expression of CUEDC2 was 32.6 months,and the median overall survival(OS)was 54.3 months,while the median DFS of the patients with negative expression of the CUEDC2 was 51.9 months,and the median OS was 63.5 months.No significant difference existed in OS between CUEDC2 positive and negative groups(P>0.05),but the DFS was lower in CUEDC2 positive group than that in CUEDC2 negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion CUEDC2 is highly expressed in serous ovarian cancer,and associated with the tumor stage and disease-free survival,but there is no relationship with the expression of ER and PR.
