腐生葡萄球菌合成纳米钯异位还原废水中Cr(Ⅵ)

Synthesis of Palladium Nanoparticles by Staphylococcus saprophyticus.JJ-1 for Catalytic Reduction of Chromium(Ⅵ)in Wastewater

摘要 利用腐生葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus saprophyticus.JJ-1)合成金属钯纳米颗粒,对其进行了表征;并利用"细菌/钯纳米颗粒"复合体系还原Cr(Ⅵ)。结果表明,与其它检测的碳源相比,以甲酸钠为碳源还原钯盐,合成钯纳米颗粒的速度最快。在细胞干质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,所合成的钯纳米颗粒催化还原Cr(Ⅵ)的效率可达到98%;以甲酸为碳源合成的纳米钯催化Cr(Ⅵ)还原的效率达99%。随着NaCl含量的升高,钯盐的还原速率增加,但所合成的钯纳米颗粒催化Cr(Ⅵ)还原的活性下降。添加叔丁醇清除H*,Cr(Ⅵ)还原的速率降低,说明钯纳米颗粒催化Cr(Ⅵ)还原是通过H*的氧化作用。 The palladium nanoparticles were synthesized by Staphylococcus saprophyticus JJ-1 and it was characterized.The reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)using the’bacteria/palladium nanoparticles’composite system.The results indicated that,compared with other detected carbon sources,using sodium formate as the carbon source to reduce the palladium salt,the synthesis of palladium nanoparticles was the fastest.when the cell dry mass concentration was 0.8 g/L,the synthesized palladium nanoparticles catalytic reduction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ),which could reach 98%.Nano-palladium synthesized with formic acid as a carbon source efficiency in the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)catalyzed by 99%.The reduction rate of palladium increased with the increase of NaCl content,however,the catalytic activity of the synthesized palladium nanoparticles for the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)decreased.Cr(Ⅵ)reduction rate reduced with the addition of tert-butyl alcohol to remove H*,it showed that the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)catalyzed by palladium nanoparticles was through the oxidation of H*.
