摘要
通过应力松弛法在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上研究了Q390GJC-Z35钢在850~1050℃内微合金碳氮化物的应变诱导析出行为。结果表明:该钢PTT曲线具有典型的“C”型特征,鼻尖温度在950℃左右。同时还研究了动态析出对动态再结晶的影响,以及实验钢在不同变形条件下的铌钛碳氮化物OM、SEM的分布等情况。
The strain induced precipitation behavior of Q390GJC-Z35 steel in range of 850~1050℃was investigated by the stress relaxation method using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator.The results show that the shape of precipitation-temperature-time(PTT)of experiment steel is typical C curve,and the nose temperature is about 950℃.Meanwhile,The influence of dynamic precipitation on dynamic recrystallization,and the distribution of niobium titanium carbonitrides of OM and SEM under different deformation conditions are also studied.
