摘要
本文对轧制劈头开裂样中夹杂物进行了检测分析,确定了夹杂物形态及分布特征,并初步确定了控制目标。采用了FactSage软件对Y1Cr13钢的硫化物析出行为进行了热力学分析,计算了1600℃和1500℃Mg改质硫化物的热力学平衡相图,并根据热力学分析结果进行工业试验,结果表明Y1Cr13钢的Mg含量13ppm,MgO-Al2O3-MnS复合夹杂物占比约8%,硫化物分布较为弥散,改善了连铸坯轧制劈头的现象。
Based on the analysis of inclusions in the cracked sample taken from the split end,the morphology and distribution of the inclusions were determined and the control target was preliminarily set;thermodynamic analysis of sulfide precipitation behavior of Y1Cr13 steel was carried out using FactSage software,and the thermodynamic equilibrium phase diagram of Mg modified sulfide at 1600℃and 1500℃was calculated,as well as industrial tests was conducted based on the results of thermodynamic analysis.The results showed that the Mg content of Y1Cr13 steel was 13ppm,the proportion of MgO-Al2O3-MnS composite inclusions was about 8%,and the distribution of sulfides was more dispersed,which reduced split presentation during the rolling of continuous cast billet.
