摘要
在对高职酒店管理专业顶岗实习现状与问题剖析的基础上,论述建立指导性实习方案的必要性,并梳理高职酒店管理专业的顶岗实习关键要素,确立实习目标、时间、条件、内容、成果、评价、管理的"七要素",为高职院校酒店管理专业提供了顶岗实习的管理和评价参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of internship in the hotel management major of higher vocational colleges,this paper discussed the necessity of establishing a guiding internship program,and sorted out the key elements of internship of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges.The “seven elements”,namely,establishment of internship objectives,time,condition,content,achievement,evaluation and management,provided a reference basis for management and evaluation of internship for hotel management majors in vocational colleges.
