数据分析视域下的戏曲编剧人才现状考察与研究

戏曲"优秀剧本荒"的根源在于编剧队伍遭遇发展瓶颈。只有深度了解戏曲编剧从业人员的基本情况、专业素养及职业诉求,才能有助于相关文化部门及教育机构采取针对性措施缓解窘境。在编剧队伍中,有单纯从事戏曲创作的人群("仅有戏曲")、从事话剧影视剧创作的人群("非戏曲")、既从事戏曲也从事话剧影视剧创作的人群(包含戏曲)。文章通过对这三种人群在个人基本情况和业务状况等各方面的数据比对,全面反映戏曲领域不同层次编剧的专业发展现状以及存在的问题,进而思考改善戏曲编剧队伍现状的对策与举措。

The root of the"shortage of excellent plays"lies in the bottleneck of the development of the playwrights.Only by deeply understanding the basic situation,professional quality and professional demands of the Chinese Opera writers can it help the relevant cultural departments and educational institutions to take targeted measures to alleviate the dilemma.Among the playwrights,there are the people who are only engaged in the creation of Chinese Opera("Chinese Opera only"),the people who are engaged in the creation of drama and television drama("non Chinese Opera"),and the people who are engaged in the creation of Chinese Opera and television drama(including opera).Through the comparison of the data of the three groups in the aspects of personal basic situation and business situation,the paper comprehensively reflects the professional development status and existing problems of different levels of playwrights in the field of Chinese Opera,and then considers the countermeasures and measures to improve the current situation of the Chinese Opera writers.
