摘要
针对赵庄煤业传统炮泥封孔方式存在的效率低、填塞不实、劳动强度大等问题,提出囊袋注浆装置,介绍了封孔工艺、双液封孔材料、一体小型封孔设备,并进行了现场试验。结果表明:囊袋注浆装置采用内外双囊袋依次灌浆、中部灌浆的封孔方式,实现了高效封孔,爆破过程未出现封孔段整体爆出现象。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, unfilled packing, and high labor intensity in the traditional method of sealing holes in Zhaozhuang Coal Industry, a bag grouting device was proposed. The sealing technology, double liquid sealing material and integrated small sealing equipment are introduced, and the field test is carried out. The results show that: the bag grouting device adopts the sealing mode of inner and outer double bags grouting in turn and the middle grouting, which realizes the high-efficiency hole sealing, and there is no overall explosion phenomenon of the sealing section during the blasting process.
