摘要
针对泥岩顶板大跨度切眼掘进速度慢的问题,以1307工作面为背景,通过优化掘进施工工艺和支护参数,采用分部掘进一次成巷的技术工艺,切眼巷道掘进施工效率提升18.2%,且每米可节约4套玻璃钢锚杆;巷道顶底板和两帮最大移近量分别为83 mm和119 mm,能够保证安全使用。
In view of the problem of the slow speed of the large-span cut in the mudstone roof, taking the No.1307 working face of Zhaozhuang No.2 well as the background, by optimizing the construction technology and support parameters of the excavation, adopting the technology of sub excavation and one-time driving, the construction efficiency of the cut off roadway is increased by 18.2%, and 4 sets of FRP bolts can be saved per meter;the maximum displacement of the roof and floor and the two sides of the tunnel are 83 mm and 119 mm respectively, which can ensure the safe use.
