摘要
针对厚煤层复杂地质条件下复用巷道围岩裂隙发育、变形大的问题,通过分析成庄矿以往构造影响区泥岩顶板复用巷道存在的问题,采用巷道顶板加强支护、超前工作面一次注浆封堵和滞后工作面二次注浆加固的联合支护技术控制巷道围岩。井下试验表明:复用巷道在整个服务期内围岩变形不大,构造区顶板淋水得到明显改善。
In view of the problems of fracture development and large deformation in the surrounding rock of reuse roadway under the complex geological conditions of thick coal seam, through the analysis of the existing problems in the reuse roadway of mudstone roof in the past of Chengzhuang Mine, the combined support technology of roadway roof strengthening support, one-time grouting sealing at the leading working face and two-time grouting reinforcement at the lagging working face is adopted to control the surrounding rock of the roadway. The underground test shows that the surrounding rock deformation of the reuse tunnel is not big in the whole service period, and the roof water pouring is improved obviously.
