综采工作面刮板转载机和破碎机的改造设计

Reconstruction Design of Scraper Reprinter and Crusher in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

针对山煤集团霍尔辛赫煤矿井下刮板转载机和破碎机在推进过程中存在的推进难度大、生产效率低下等问题,对刮板转载机和破碎机进行了改造设计,在其两侧增设MY800转载机迈步自移装置。改造设计方案有效解决了刮板转载机、破碎机推进困难的问题。

Aiming at the problems such as difficulty and low production efficiency of the scraper transfer machine and crusher in the underground scraper transfer machine and crusher of Holsinghe Coal Mine of Shanxi Coal Group, the scraper transfer machine and crusher are reformed and designed, and the MY800 transfer machine is added on both sides. The modified design scheme effectively solves the difficult problem of scraper transfer machine and crusher.
