摘要
针对煤矿大扭矩卸压钻机的钻杆连接问题,设计了一种能够实现快速换接钻杆的钻杆换接机械手。机械手利用夹紧装置抓取钻杆,通过大臂油缸和小臂油缸的动作搬运钻杆。通过远距离监控的方式,机械手可实现钻杆的自动化装卸。
For the connection problem of the drill pipe of the high torque pressure relief drilling machine in the coal mine, a kind of drill pipe changing manipulator is designed, which can quickly change the drill pipe. The manipulator uses the clamping device to grab the drill pipe, and carries the drill pipe through the action of the big arm oil cylinder and the small arm oil cylinder. By means of remote monitoring, the manipulator can realize the automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe.
