滚轮罐耳发电-充电装置的研发应用

摘要 针对麻家梁矿主副井提升容器在黑暗井筒环境中运行时,缺少不间断电源供电装置,存在无法实现实时监视罐道、钢丝绳及井筒装备的状态等问题,经研究分析最终确定利用提升容器上部的滚轮罐耳安装一台发电-充电装置,再通过安装的发送和接收无线传输装置,成功地将视频信号传到操作室的上位机上,在矿井的应用效果良好。 Accroding to the lack of uninterruptible power supply device when the lifting container of Majialiang Mine main and auxiliary shaft is running in the dark shaft environment, there is no real-time monitoring of the status of the cage way, wire rope and shaft equipment, according to the actual situation of the site, it is finally determined to install a power generation charging device by using the roller ear on the upper part of the lifting container, and then the video signal is successfully transmitted to the upper computer of the operation room through the installation of the wireless transmission device. The application effect in the mine is good.
