Preliminary Study on the Management of the Sub-Regional Contracted Working Hours of Coal Machine

本文将工时管理制度的概念引入到煤机售后服务管理中,提出了分区域承包工时制管理模式,通过调研和计算确定了不同掘进机机型的年售后服务工时,为煤机售后服务工作的量化考核提供了一条新的思路。

This paper introduces the concept of man-hour management system into the after-sales service management of coal machine, puts forward the management mode of sub-regional contract man-hour system, and determines the annual after-sales service man-hour of different roadheader models through investigation and calculation. It provides a new idea for the quantitative assessment of after-sales service of coal machine.
