摘要
本文针对330MW循环流化床锅炉脱硫系统改为炉外半干法脱硫后,为满足在低负荷时脱硫系统建床所需最小烟气流量而增设的引风机出口烟气再循环调节挡板的动作,引风机入口烟道与再循环烟道的抢风现象,使炉膛压力剧烈波动,提出了炉膛压力前馈控制策略,并实践应用,解决了炉膛压力波动大、引风机过电流运行的情况,为机组安全稳定运行提供了保障。
This article in view of 330 mw circulating fluidized bed boiler desulfurization system instead of half after the dry process desulphurization,outside the furnace to meet the required minimum flue gas desulfurization system builds a bed under low load flow and to establish the cause of the fan outlet flue gas recirculation damper,induced draft fan inlet flue and recycled flue tack phenomenon,sharp fluctuations in furnace pressure,furnace pressure feedforward control strategy is proposed,and the practical application,solves the large furnace pressure fluctuation,induced draft fan run over current situation,provides the safeguard for the safe and economic operation of unit.
