摘要 本文以工业机器人为载体设计机械加工单元控制系统。首先详细分析工业机器人在机械加工中的实践应用,其次介绍加工控制流程与系统原理,再次详细设计系统整体框架,最后进行系统软件设计。此系统可满足整个机械加工单元各项预期动作要求,实现零部件的智能化与柔性化生产加工,既能确保产品加工效率与质量,又能降低人力投入成本,可在很大程度上满足小批量、多品种零部件加工需要,因此值得大力推广应用于机械加工领域。 In this paper,the control system of machining unit is designed with industrial robot as the carrier.Firstly,the practical application of industrial robot in machining is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the machining control flow and system principle are introduced,and then the overall framework of the system is designed in detail.Finally,the system software design is carried out.This system can meet the expected action requirements of the whole machining unit,realize the intelligent and flexible production and processing of parts,can not only ensure the efficiency and quality of product processing,but also reduce the cost of manpower input.It can meet the processing needs of small batch and multi-variety parts to a great extent,so it is worth popularizing and applying in the field of machining.
