摘要
学徒职业技能等级证书的探索是现代学徒制试点项目中的一项重要内容。相比原有的高职教育证书以及当今的“1+X”证书制度等不同的证书模式,它有实践的重要意义和创新探索价值。艺术设计专业的现代学徒制职业技能等级证书探索,需要切实围绕“结业即就业”的人才培养目标,设置一岗多证、岗位契合、层次分明、阶段递进的技能证书体系,发挥其引导教、学双方形成教学目标的一致性,达到切实提高学徒就业质量的效果。在实践中,如何通过校企的师资队伍优化,第三方评价机构的建设推进学徒职业技能体系的建设,也具有重要的实践意义。
The exploration of the apprenticeship vocational skill level certificate is an important part of the modern apprenticeship pilot project. Compared with the original higher vocational education certificate and the current "1+X" certificate system and other different certificate models, it has the practical significance and innovative exploration value. In practice, how to promote the construction of apprenticeship skills system through the optimization of the teaching staff of schools and enterprises and the construction of third-party evaluation institutions also has important practical significance.
