基于马克思主义幸福观视域下的辅导员幸福感提升路径研究

Guidance Counselors'Work from the Perspective of Marxist Happiness Theory

中国共产党执政目标是要让人民生活得更美好,获得更多幸福感。在建设"幸福中国"的过程中,我们理应用马克思主义幸福观去指导现实,才能更好地彰显社会主义制度的优越性,提升个人工作幸福感。高校辅导员身负诸多使命,在大学生思想政治教育中,身兼掌舵者和引航人两种角色,在大学生思想政治引领、价值观引导、学生幸福观塑造方面发挥重要作用。因而,辅导员基于职业认同感的提升、职业获得感的增强、职业能力的提高而形成的幸福观,对于塑造学生三观以实现立德树人的教育目标至关重要。

The ruling goal of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is to make people's life better and obtain more happiness.In the process of building "Happy China",we should use the Marxist concept of happiness to guide the reality,so as to better highlight the superiority of the socialist system and enhance individual happiness at work.Happiness is a very important aspect of a counselor's job.College counselors have many missions.They are not only the pilot but also the pilot in the ideological and political education of college students,the happiness view formed by counselors based on the improvement of career identity,career gain and career ability plays a vital role in maintaining social security and stability,establishing three views of students and realizing the fundamental goal of cultivating people with morality.
