高职院校政校企协同育人背景下教学管理存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Management on the Background of Cooperation in Education Among the Government,Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

当前政、校、企协同育人主要存在缺乏长效机制,企业难以深度、持续融入人才培养全过程;教师专业能力难以适应产业升级和技术快速发展要求;毕业生的职业能力不能满足企业等问题。因此本文提出在政府主导下促进学校和企业相互合作,通过创新教学管理“共建共享、互兼互聘、过程共管、结果共评”四大机制,将政、校、企协同育人贯穿教学管理全过程,合力培养高素质技术技能人才等对策。只有政、校、企三方协同,构建教学质量共同体,才能从根本上保证教学质量,提升学校服务区域产业转型升级能力。

There are some problems existing in cooperation in education among government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises such as lacking of long-term mechanism. It is difficult for enterprises to integrate into the whole process of talent cultivation deeply and continuously. Professional ability of teachers can’t match the requirements of industrial upgrading and rapid development of technology. Therefore, this paper proposes to promote the mutual cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises under the guidance of the government. We should build a system of cooperation in education among government, colleges and enterprise through the innovation of teaching management mechanism of "co-construction and sharing, mutual employment, process management, and result evaluation", to strengthen the cooperation through the whole process of teaching management and work together to cultivate high quality technical talents. Only when the government, colleges and enterprises work together to build a teaching quality community, can we fundamentally guarantee the teaching quality and improve the ability of the vocational colleges to serve the regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
