摘要
信息技术的发展为大学英语教学提供了新的改革思路。本文应用高校管理者视角下混合式教学理论框架和创新扩散理论,对46名受试教师进行问卷调查和访谈,从高校决策:教师发展和支持力度三个维度,分析了学校和院系管理者对大学英语“线上线下”混合式教学的影响因素,以期望管理者能考虑教师需求,有效地推动混合式教学。
The development of information technology provides a new way for college English teaching reform. Based on the framework of blended teaching theory from the perspective of university administrators and innovation diffusion theory, a questionnaire survey and interviews are conducted among 46 teachers. From the views of university administrators’ decision, teacher development and support, the paper analyzes the factors of administrators in influencing teachers’ choices on the blended "online and offline" teaching model for college English, in order to expect that the teachers’ needs can be considered and the blended teaching can be implemented successfully.
