The use of schema theory in cross-cultural translation greatly improves the ability to identify information in content translation, changes the way of unitized text reconstruction under traditional forms, and solves the readers’ discourse coherence reconstruction information interpretation in cross-cultural text reading. The problem of insufficient competence enables cross-cultural translation to be further adapted to different language translation conditions and to meet the needs of diversified cross-cultural translation.
