寻常性银屑病ASO、呼吸道病原体谱抗体IgM及Hp的检测

Analysis of the Detection Results of ASO,Respiratory Pathogen Spectrum IgM and Hp in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探究寻常性银屑病进行期是否与上呼吸道感染及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染有关。对寻常性银屑病患者血清抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)、呼吸道病原体谱抗体IgM及Hp进行检测分析。方法选取185例寻常性银屑病患者(进行期107例、静止期52例、消退期26例)及60例健康体检人员。采用速率散射比浊法检测以上4组患者血清ASO滴度,用间接免疫荧光法定性检测4组患者的呼吸道病原体谱抗体IgM,通过14C尿素呼气试验检测4组患者Hp感染情况。结果进行期银屑病患者血清ASO、呼吸道病原体谱抗体IgM及Hp检测阳性率分别为25.23%、41.12%、38.30%。进行期患者在链球菌及Hp的各感染水平间与静止期、消退期及健康对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而健康对照组在各感染水平间与静止期、消退期患者相比差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。呼吸道病原体谱感染最常见有流感病毒A型或B型,且进行期与静止期、消退期及健康对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而健康对照组与静止期、消退期相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论寻常性银屑病进行期与上呼吸道感染(尤其是链球菌、流感病毒)及幽门螺杆菌的感染有关。

Objective To explore the relationship between progression of psoriasis vulgaris and upper respiratory tract infection and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.ASO,respiratory pathogen spectrum IgM and Hp were analyzed.Methods The 185 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(107 patients in active stage,52 in quiescent stage,26 in resolution stage)and 60 healthy physical examinees were selected as the study objects.The ASO titers in serum samples of each group were detected by rate scattering turbidimetry.Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect the respiratory pathogen spectrum IgM.14C-urea breath tests were performed to identify Hp infection.Detection results of the groups were statistically analyzed.Results Among the patients during progression,the positive rates of serum ASO and respiratory pathogen spectrum antibody IgM and the Hp infection rate were 25.23%,41.12%,38.30%respectively,which were higher than those in quiescent and resolution stage and healthy controls with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the positive rate of the above three indicators in healthy controls and those in quiescent and resolution period(P>0.05).Besides,The most common type of respiratory pathogen spectrum infection is influenza virus A or B.Conclusion The results suggest that progression of psoriasis vulgaris is associated with upper respiratory tract infection(especially streptococcus and influenza virus)and Hp infection.
