摘要
目前国内外已有在校医学生整合教学模式的若干尝试,包括基础课程的横向整合、基础与临床课程的纵向整合以及联合横纵向整合等,相对于传统的"学科式"教学,该模式有助于提高学生整合能力和创新能力。但怎样才能更好地进行课程整合仍有争议。正值住院医师规培大力推行之际,宜进行更多整合尝试,以提升医学生毕业后的竞争力。
There have been several trials in undergraduate students including horizontal integration of basic science,longitudinal integration of basic and clinical science,and combined integration.Compared to traditional"subject-based"medical education,integration mode improved students’ability of knowledge integration and innovation.Debates about how to integrate the sciences best remain strong.At the time of promoting standardized training of residents nationwide,more integration efforts should be made to improve the competence of medical students.
