我院256名护士规范化培训满意度现况调查

A survey of 256 nurses’ satisfaction with standardized training in our hospital

为了探究规范化培训护士的培训满意度,对我院256名护士进行问卷调查。护士对规范化培训满意度得分为(61.29±5.3)。带教能力、临床实践、理论教学3个维度得分率为78.1-86.6%。女性满意度比男性高,专科高于本科,未取得护士执业资格证高于已取得资格证。建议针对不同的人群适当调整课程,以增加规范化培训的效果。

In order to explore the training satisfaction of standardized training nurses,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 256 nurses in our hospital.The score of nurses’satisfactions with standardized training was 61.29±5.3.The score rate of teaching ability,clinical practice and theoretical teaching was 78.1-86.6%.Women’s satisfaction was higher than men’s,specialty was higher than bachelor’s degree,and nurses who had not obtained nurse’s qualification certificate were higher than those who had obtained qualification certificate.It is suggested that the curriculum should be adjusted according to different groups to increase the effect of standardized training.
