摘要
目的:探讨叙事医学联合PBL与CBL整合模式在儿科学规培生医患沟通中的应用。方法:选取规培生60人,分为对照组、实验组各30人;对照组采用课堂授课方式学习医患沟通课程;实验组采用叙事医学联合PBL与CBL整合模式分析医患关系的经典案例并演绎;比较两组的课堂教学效果、知识掌握程度及对教学方法的满意度。结果:实验组的课堂教学效果、知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学员满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:叙事医学联合PBL与CBL整合模式可提高医患沟通技巧,为进一步探索医患沟通培养方面奠定基础。
Objective:To explore the role of narrative medicine and PBL-CBL method in the process of doctor-patient communication of standardized training of pediatrics residents.Methods:60 students were selected for the standardized training of resident doctors in pediatrics,students were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group studied the"doctor-patient communication course"by means of classroom instruction,and the experimental group used the classic case of narrative medical analysis and deduction of doctor-patient relationship.Results:The scores of classroom teaching effect and knowledge mastery in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05),the students’satisfaction with teaching contents in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative medicine and PBL-CBL method can improve the communication skills of doctors and patients,lay the foundation for further exploring the cultivation of doctor-patient communication.
