摘要
目的:借鉴德国职教经验进行课程考核改革,为教改提供参考。方法:采用专家访谈法、文献研究法收集资料,汇总对比分析中德高职护理人才培养的的异同点,随机选取实验组和对照组进行考核成绩对比。结果:考核改革后,学生考核成绩在素质和操作方面显著提升。结论:德国作为职教大国,具有先进的职教经验,借鉴在我国的课程实训考核改革中,显著提高教学效果。
Objective to learn from the experience of German vocational education to carry out curriculum assessment reform and provide reference for teaching reform.Methods the data were collected by expert interview and literature research,and the similarities and differences of nursing talents training between China and Germany were analyzed.The test results of the experimental group and the control group were compared randomly.Results after the reform of the examination,the students’examination results were significantly improved in quality and operation.Conclusion as a big country of vocational education,Germany has advanced vocational education experience,which can significantly improve the teaching effect in the reform of curriculum practice assessment in China.
