摘要
以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯醇缩水甘油醚(AGE)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰,N,N-二甲基苯胺(BPO-DMA)氧化还原反应引发剂,低温下与氯丁橡胶(CR)接枝共聚,合成了主链为氯丁橡胶(CR),支链为P(MAA/BA/AGE)的接枝共聚物。探讨了温度、总单体与氯丁胶配比、DMA与BPO配比、单体配比等因素对P(MAA/BA/AGE)三元共聚合及接枝共聚合的影响。合成的接枝产物经纯化后通过IR分析证明了接枝共聚物的生成。
The graft copolymers with chloroprene rubber(CR) as main chain and branch chain as P(MAA/BA/AGE) were synthesized by using methacrylic acid(MAA), butyl acrylate(BA) and allyl alcohol glycidyl ether(AGE) as monomers and benzoyl peroxide-n, N-dimethylaniline(BPO-DMA) as initiator at low temperature. The effects of temperature, Ratio of total monomer/CR ratio, DMA/BPO ratio and monomer ratio on the ternary copolymerization and graft copolymerization were investigated. The product was purified and confirmed by IR analysis.
