加氢反应器压差增大原因分析

摘要 加氢反应器随着长时间运行压差增大,针对甲烷蒸汽转化过程中出现加氢反应器的床层压差增大问题进行原因分析,同时提出有效调控措施,确保装置持续稳定运行。减少设备运行过程中可能存在的安全隐患,增加设备的使用性能,防止设备被迫停止运行,增加经济效益。 With long term operation,the pressure difference of hydrogenation reactor increases.The reasons for the pressure difference increase of hydrogenation reactor bed during the methane steam conversion process are analyzed,and effective control measures are proposed to ensure continuous and stable operation of the unit.The potential safety hazards during the operation are reduced,the performance of the unit increases,the equipment is prevented from being forced to stop running,and economic benefits increase.
