远程会诊在新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症患者中的应用及展望

Application and prospect of teleconsultation in critical patients of COVID-19

在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情过程中,医疗资源普遍不足,优质重症医疗资源尤为稀缺。远程医学有灵活快捷、无地域限制的特点。北京市利用医疗资源优势成立重症医学专家组,为收治COVID-19患者的市级定点医院提供远程医疗服务。截至2020年8月25日,北京地坛医院组织专家组进行会诊98次,其中远程会诊80次,抢救危重患者32例,仅1例死亡;有效降低了病死率,同时降低医护人员的感染风险。这一模式,在COVID-19疫情救治和防控中起到积极的作用;同时,此次疫情对其提出了新的要求;随着5G通信和信息技术的推广应用,远程会诊将会不断完善,具有更广阔的应用前景。

In the response to the COVID-19 outbreak,medical resources have been insufficient,especially scarce in high-quality critical medical resources.Telemedicine is an agile and location-independent system.Beijing,with the advantages of medical resources,set up a task force which consists of critical care experts.The task force provides telemedicine services to the hospitals that are assigned by the government to treat COVID-19 patients.As of August 25,2020,the task force conducted a total of 98 consultations,including 80 remote consultations in Beijing Ditan hospital,which successfully rescued 32 cases of critical patients,and only 1 cases died.It reduces not only mortality rate,but also the infection risk of medical staff.This telemedicine platform plays an important role in the treatment and prevention of this disease.And it is also expected to meet new requirements when handling this epidemic.With the adoption of 5 G and latest information technologies,the teleconsultation will be improved and have a broader application prospect.
