汉语言文化在海外传播与发展中存在的问题及解决路径

An Analysis of the Problems and Solutions in the Overseas Communicationand Development of Chinese Language and Culture

海外华文教育是汉语言文化在海外传播的主渠道之一,其发展不仅受国际形势的影响,而且还受居住国政治、经济、文化、教育政策等多方面的影响。经过三百多年的发展,虽取得十分突出的成绩,但也存在诸如华文教育资源开发有限,分布不均;华文教材繁杂,量少质低,缺少针对性;师资数量不足,专业水平参差不齐;教育对象广泛,授课时间有限;教学理念落后,教学方法单一;华文运用的社会环境缺乏;资金不足,投入有限;华文教育理论研究相对滞后等诸多问题,亟待寻求相应的路径来推动汉语言文化的快速传播与发展。

Overseas Chinese education is one of the main channels for the spread of Chinese language and culture overseas.Its development is not only influenced by the international situation,but also by the political,economic,cultural and educational policies of the countries in which people live.After more than 300 years development,we have made some outstanding achievements.But some problems still exist in the following aspects:limited development and uneven distribution of Chinese educational resources,miscellaneous Chinese teaching materials,low quality and quality,lack of pertinence,insufficient number of teachers and uneven professional level,wide range of educational objects,limited teaching time,backward teaching ideas and single teaching methods,lack of social environment for the use of the Chinese language,insufficient funds and limited investment,and a relative lag in the study of Chinese educational theories.It is urgent to find a corresponding path to promote the rapid spread and development of Chinese language and culture.
