从资本下乡的路径入手,适用相关理论分析公司+农户、公司+合作社+农户、公司+自建基地+雇佣农、农业股份公司各种路径之下资本下乡的运行方式、产权关系、农户权益保障、组织优势及存在问题,并在具体实践案例基础上总结资本下乡路径选择的经验。资本下乡没有完全模式化的路径,在实践中还是要本着因地制宜、以农民为主体的原则探索符合当地实际的科学路径。
