新时期学科思政教育硕士培养机制改革研究

Research on the Training Mechanism Reform of Discipline Ideological and Political Education Master in New Times

随着国家对于各级各类学校思想政治教育工作更加重视,很大部分师范类高校都设置了学科思政专业硕士以培养应用型专业人才。但在培养的过程当中,也存在课程培养停留于形式、学生教学技能得不到锻炼、培养环节理论多于实践、课堂实用性知识学习较少、学生就业面临挑战等问题。针对学科思政专业硕士层次人才培养存在的问题,提出解决策略,以提升新时代我国学科思政专业硕士层次人才的培养水平。

As the state attaches more importance to ideological and political education in schools at all levels and of all kinds,a large number of normal colleges and universities have set up the ideological and political master degree program to cultivate application-oriented talents.However,in the process of training,there are also some problems,such as course training staying in the form,teaching skills not being exercised,more theories than practices in training links,less practical knowledge learning in class,and students’employment facing challenges.Make an in-depth study of the existing problems in the cultivation of master level talents in the discipline ideological and political specialty,and triy to put forward some solutions,so as to improve the cultivation level of master level talents in the discipline ideological and political specialty.
