高校党建与课程思政深度融合机制探析 被引量:10

摘要 高校党建工作重点是抓好教师党支部建设,贯彻落实“教书育人、立德树人”的使命。高校教师党支部在课程思政中责任重大,总体上分析,主要有三大责任:政治责任、主体责任、阵地责任。高校党建在现实中还是存在种种困难和问题,使这些责任没有落实到位,具体表现在以下三个方面:“两张皮”问题、“雷声大雨点小”问题、党组织“缺位”问题。为了充分发挥高校教师党支部在课程思政建设中的积极作用,促进高校党建与课程思政深度融合,可从激励机制、制约机制、保障机制三个方面进行探索。 The key of party building in colleges and universities is to pay attention to the construction of teachers’Party branches and carry out the mission of“educating people by teaching and cultivating people by virtue”.University teachers’party branch in the course education responsibility,overall analysis,mainly has the following three major responsibilities:political responsibility,the main body responsibility,positions of responsibility.However,college party construction still has various difficulties and problems in reality,so that these responsibilities have not been implemented in place,specifically manifested in the following three aspects:“two skins”“loud thunder and little rain”,and“absence”of Party organizations.In order to give full play to the positive role of College Teachers’Party branch in the ideological and political construction of curriculum and promote the deep integration of college party building and curriculum ideological and political education,we can explore from three aspects:incentive mechanism,restriction mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
