摘要
以计划行为理论为基础,借助结构方程模型技术,通过阅读相关文献,总结出影响护理实习生就业留职的五大类因素。以五大类因素为自变量做路径假设后,构建了护理实习生就业留职意向形成机制模型,并进行信效度检验与模型拟合。结果发现,该模型拟合效果良好,所有路径系数均显著,实证了模型构建的科学性。该模型能够合理解释护理实习生的就业留职意向形成机制,最后根据结论提出相关建议。
Based on the planned behavior theory,with the aid of technology of structural equation model,through reading literature,summed up the five factors influencing nursing intern retention,five factors as the independent variable path hypothesis,construct the nursing retention intent formation mechanism model,and has carried on the inspection and the reliability and validity of the model fitting.The results show that the model has a good fitting effect and all the path coefficients are significant,which demonstrates the scientific nature of the model construction.The model can reasonably explain the formation mechanism of nursing interns’intention to stay in the industry,and finally put forward relevant suggestions according to the conclusions.
